Demi Moore has now adopted the surname of her husband Ashton Kutcher, changing her official name to Mrs. Kutcher. She has decided to make it complete and from now, she will use her new name on credit cards, passport and driving license. A source said Moore’s decision born from Ashton's previous request. "Demi did this for Ashton. She knew that this was something he wanted, so she finally made the switch," Contactmusic quoted the source, as saying. But, the actress will keep the name ‘Demi Moore’ for all the professional issues. Her real name is Demetria Gene Guynes, and got the surname Moore from first husband songwriter Freddy Moore. Even though, they divorced in 1985, she kept the last name.
